How do I submit my manuscript?

JRSR accept manuscripts only through the online submission system, which can be found at (ne submission system, (https://jrsr.sums.ac.ir).
If you have NOT been registered in the journal, please click on Register and enter author's information and click the Save. Then, check your e-mail for a message containing your password, which you need to login.
I have forgotten my password - how can I retrieve it?

From any JRSR page, click on the login link in the upper right corner of your screen; then click on the “Forgot password?” link in the login box that appears. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account with instructions for resetting your password.
I cannot remember or no longer have access to the email address associated with My Account OR the email address I am entering to retrieve my password is not being recognized.

Who should be named as an article author?

JRSR follows the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) guidelines for authorship. All individuals who meet these criteria must be listed as authors on manuscript title pages and in the JRSR online submission system.
How much does it cost to publish in JRSR?

Since January 10, 2022, the payment of fee is mandatory for all types of manuscripts sent to the JRSR. To read more about submission fee and publication fee, please refer to journal home page. Invited articles are exempt from the article charges.
Please note that manuscripts submitted to JRSR for review and possible publication, will be processed only when the aforementioned conditions are met.
Which forms are necessary that authors prepare prior to submitting a manuscript to the JRSR?
- Assignment Form:Please note that the Assignment of Copyright and Authorship Responsibilities Form has to be signed and dated by all authors.
- Title Page Form:The title page should contain the following information: 1) the title of the article; 2) running title (short form of the main title presented on the top of pages); 3) all authors' names, ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID), affiliation, city, country; and 4) complete mailing address, telephone number, and email address of the corresponding author, 5) Conflict of interests, and acknowledgments. This page is unnumbered.
- Conflict of Interest (COI) Form:Authors must declare all relevant interests that could be perceived as conflicting. Each author must fill the uniform disclosure form available through the journal home page.
How do I track my manuscript submission?

Once a paper is submitted to JRSR, the corresponding author can track its progress through the online submission system of the journal.
